All you have to do is visit the “Blend it Your Way” tab, choose from our wide range of spices, and we’ll do the rest, expertly grinding, packing and delivering your one-of-a-kind order straight to your door!
Yes, our products are handcrafted in our state-of-the-art facility located here in Singapore. We take great pride in ensuring superior quality with every item that leaves the premises, manufactured and packaged by a committed team of specialists.
Our products are best used within one year from the day of manufacture/packing. The manufacturing/packing date of your product can be located on the original packaging.
Correct storage of your spices is key to maintaining the quality and freshness of the product. To keep your spices fresher for longer, we recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Here at DHANAS, we take food safety very seriously. We are proudly certified under the internationally recognised ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. This certification reflects the rigorous measures we take to guarantee the safety and quality of our products, ensuring that they are free from any potential hazards and safe for consumption.
Logistics
We are delighted to offer complimentary delivery for orders totaling $99.00 or more. For orders below this threshold, our delivery fees are as follows, unless otherwise specified during special promotions:
- Orders between $1 and $59: $10 delivery fee
- Orders between $60 and $98: $5 delivery fee
- Orders of $99 and above: Free delivery

Our collection service operates from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holidays), with the exception of staff lunch break between 1pm to 2pm.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time slot requests currently. However, the day before your order is delivered, we will notify you via the mobile number you provided during checkout.
Typically, our lead time for order fulfilment ranges between 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been received and fulfilled, we will be in touch to notify you of your shipment and update you with an estimated delivery date.
Payments
PayNow
To complete your payment through PayNow, scan the QR code that appears during checkout. Alternatively, if you are using a mobile device, simply save the QR code and upload it using your PayNow app.
Credit/Debit Card
Pay securely with your credit/debit card by selecting the option at the checkout page. (all payments are processed securely by HITPAY).
We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or update your order. In these cases, we will honour order updates and cancellations when they are requested within 24 hours of purchase.
